Subject: [PATCH] make: fix dedup USEMODULE_INCLUDES in Makefile.include

    Fixes a regression introduces #9479 which breaks building on macOS.
    The introduces `uniq` function is never called, hence the includes
    ie. USEMODULE_INCLUDES are not used.
