To create debian source package you need some other projects sources that
libjitsi depends on. In the same folder where libjitsi is checked out do:
svn checkout http://ice4j.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ ice4j
git clone https://github.com/jitsi/libsrc.git
svn checkout svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/fmj/code/fmj fmj
git clone https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-lgpl-dependencies.git
And then in libjitsi do: ant deb-src
This will create orig.tar.gz debian sources that can be used to debuild
debian package.
