We already get most of this from <sys/param.h>

This way we make sure any headers with the same name in the Solaris porting
glue get used first.  Also make sure the jni header is available to C code
as well.

Use glibc-compatible structure, not musl's.

Add missing __BEGIN_DECLS etc.

gcc wants parentheses, let it have them.

Those aliases (usually #define func64 func) cause build failures later on,
and aren't really needed.

musl include dependencies are different from glibcs, add missing includes
to make up the difference.

<sys/stat.h> is needed by something, add it.

musl only provides one location.
